Sophic Connect Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sophic Connect, an online portal provided by Sophic Wealth Group (“Sophic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing Sophic Connect, or selecting “I Agree” or a similar acknowledgment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use Sophic Connect.

1. Purpose of Sophic Connect

Sophic Connect is designed to provide authorized users with access to information, resources, communications, educational materials, forms, documents, planning resources, and other tools related to Sophic Wealth Group.

Depending on your role and permissions, Sophic Connect may allow you to:

Access educational and training materials;

Submit or review forms and information;

Access documents and resources;

View information regarding strategies or programs;

Monitor the status or progress of applicable requests or processes;

Communicate or coordinate with Sophic;

Access information made available to advisors, Strategy Consultants, referral partners, clients, or other authorized users; and

Use other features Sophic may make available from time to time.

Access to Sophic Connect does not guarantee eligibility for or participation in any particular strategy, program, service, transaction, or opportunity.

2. Sophic's Role

Sophic Wealth Group serves as a strategic resource and works with individuals, business owners, advisors, tax professionals, attorneys, and other professionals to identify and coordinate potential planning strategies.

Sophic and its Strategy Consultants are strategists, not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advisors.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Sophic does not act as a law firm, CPA or accounting firm, tax return preparer, investment adviser, broker-dealer, insurance carrier or producer, fiduciary, or representative of any person before a governmental or regulatory agency.

Information available through Sophic Connect is provided for informational, educational, administrative, and coordination purposes and should not be treated as individualized tax, legal, accounting, investment, insurance, or financial advice.

You should consult your own appropriately licensed or credentialed professionals before implementing—or deciding not to implement—any strategy.

3. Account Eligibility and Authorized Use

Sophic Connect is available only to individuals who have been authorized by Sophic to access the portal.

Your account is personal to you unless Sophic expressly establishes an account or access arrangement for use by an organization or other authorized parties.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

You may access only information and resources that Sophic has authorized you to access.

You may not attempt to access another person's account, client information, restricted materials, administrative functions, or other portions of Sophic Connect for which you have not been granted permission.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.

You agree that you will not:

Share your password or authentication credentials with an unauthorized person;

Permit an unauthorized person to use your account;

Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls;

Attempt to obtain access to information outside your authorized permissions; or

Use another person's credentials to access Sophic Connect.

If you believe your account, password, access link, or other credentials have been lost, stolen, compromised, or used without authorization, notify Sophic promptly at admin@sophicwealth.com.

Sophic may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account or Sophic Connect may have been compromised.

5. Client and Third-Party Information

Certain authorized users may have access to personal, financial, business, or other confidential information concerning clients, prospective clients, advisors, professionals, or other individuals.

If you are provided access to another person's information, you agree to use that information only for the legitimate purpose for which access was provided.

You may not improperly disclose, download, copy, distribute, sell, publish, or use another person's information for an unauthorized purpose.

Advisors, Strategy Consultants, referral partners, and other professional users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information they access through Sophic Connect and for complying with any legal, contractual, professional, or regulatory obligations applicable to them.

Access to information through Sophic Connect does not transfer ownership of that information or authorize its use for unrelated purposes.

6. Information You Submit

You represent that information you submit through Sophic Connect is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the authority to provide it.

If you submit information on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information for the applicable purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing information for accuracy and notifying Sophic if material information changes.

Sophic may rely on information provided through Sophic Connect when coordinating requested services or processes.

7. Sensitive Information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, online banking credentials, financial account login credentials, credit or debit card numbers, or similar authentication information unless Sophic specifically requests that information through a secure method designed to receive it.

If sensitive information is submitted through an inappropriate channel, contact admin@sophicwealth.com promptly.

8. Third-Party Providers and Programs

Sophic may work with independent professionals, administrators, program providers, technology providers, and other third parties.

When you request information about, evaluation for, or participation in a particular strategy, service, or program, information may be shared with an appropriate third party when reasonably necessary to facilitate that request.

Third-party services and programs may have their own agreements, eligibility requirements, disclosures, privacy policies, terms and conditions, fees, and other requirements.

Your access to Sophic Connect does not constitute acceptance into or approval for any third-party program.

Sophic does not independently guarantee or assume responsibility for the advice, services, representations, performance, security practices, or conduct of independent third parties.

9. No Guaranteed Results

Nothing available through Sophic Connect guarantees any particular outcome.

Actual eligibility, implementation, tax treatment, legal consequences, costs, risks, benefits, savings, deductions, or other results depend upon individual circumstances and may be affected by applicable law, professional review, provider requirements, and other factors.

Sophic does not guarantee any particular tax result, deduction, savings amount, legal outcome, investment return, governmental acceptance, program eligibility, or other result.

Examples, projections, case studies, illustrations, or hypothetical scenarios are provided for educational purposes and are not guarantees of actual results.

10. Program Status and Portal Information

Sophic Connect may display information concerning the status or progress of a request, strategy, program, document, or other process.

Status information is provided as a convenience and may not always reflect activity occurring outside Sophic's systems in real time.

A displayed status should not be interpreted as legal, tax, financial, or professional confirmation that a particular step has been completed or that a transaction has received final approval.

When final confirmation is important, you should rely on the applicable written documentation or confirmation from the responsible provider or professional.

11. Educational and Proprietary Materials

Sophic Connect may contain training videos, presentations, strategy descriptions, documents, processes, templates, graphics, written materials, and other proprietary or confidential content belonging to Sophic or third parties.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, these materials are provided solely for the authorized user's personal or professional use in connection with their relationship with Sophic.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, commercially exploit, or provide unauthorized access to proprietary Sophic Connect materials.

Materials designated as internal, training-only, confidential, or not client-facing may not be distributed to clients or the public unless Sophic subsequently authorizes such use.

12. Electronic Communications

By using Sophic Connect and providing your contact information, you acknowledge that Sophic may send electronic communications reasonably related to your account, requested services, consultations, strategy processes, program participation, security, documents, or portal activity.

These may include confirmations, requests for additional information, access instructions, status updates, reminders, security notices, and other operational communications.

Marketing communications, where applicable, may be subject to separate preferences or consent.

13. Electronic Records and Acknowledgments

Actions taken through Sophic Connect may be recorded electronically.

Where Sophic Connect provides the ability to accept terms, acknowledge disclosures, provide authorization, or electronically sign a document, your electronic action may be recorded along with related information such as the date, time, account, and other appropriate verification records.

Selecting an “I Agree,” “Accept,” “Submit,” or similar button may constitute your electronic acknowledgment or agreement to the information presented with that action.

14. Privacy

Sophic's collection and handling of personal information is governed by the Sophic Wealth Group Website Disclaimer & Privacy Policy, available through https://www.sophic-connect.com/privacy-policy.html.

By using Sophic Connect, you acknowledge that information submitted through or generated by the portal may be collected, used, maintained, and shared as described in the applicable Privacy Policy and these Terms.

15. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sophic Connect to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation;

Access information without authorization;

Impersonate another person;

Submit knowingly false, fraudulent, or misleading information;

Upload malicious software or code;

Interfere with the operation or security of Sophic Connect;

Attempt to identify or exploit security vulnerabilities;

Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract information without authorization;

Circumvent access restrictions;

Use confidential information for an unauthorized purpose; or

Engage in activity that could harm Sophic, its clients, its users, its providers, or its systems.

16. Availability and Changes to Sophic Connect

Sophic may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue portions of Sophic Connect at any time.

We do not guarantee that Sophic Connect will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Maintenance, updates, internet disruptions, third-party services, technical failures, security events, and other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

Sophic may also change available features, functionality, content, or access permissions as reasonably necessary.

17. Suspension or Termination of Access

Sophic may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Sophic Connect when reasonably necessary, including if:

Your relationship with Sophic ends;

Your role no longer requires access;

Sophic reasonably believes your account has been compromised;

You violate these Terms;

Your use creates a security or confidentiality risk; or

Suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect Sophic, its users, clients, providers, or systems.

Termination of portal access does not necessarily result in deletion of records Sophic is permitted or required to retain.

18. Intellectual Property

Sophic Connect and its Sophic-owned content, branding, design, text, graphics, presentations, videos, processes, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Sophic's intellectual property to you.

Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sophic Connect and the information and materials available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Sophic makes no guarantee that the portal will be uninterrupted or error-free or that all information will be complete, current, or applicable to every circumstance.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sophic Wealth Group will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from the use of or inability to use Sophic Connect.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any additional dispute-resolution requirements contained in a separate written agreement between you and Sophic will continue to apply according to the terms of that agreement.

22. Changes to These Terms

Sophic may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to Sophic Connect, our practices, applicable requirements, or other business needs.

When material changes are made, Sophic may update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.

Continued use of Sophic Connect following an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
