WEBSITE DISCLAIMER
General Information
The information provided by Sophic Wealth Group through this website, presentations, educational materials, consultations, communications, and related resources is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing contained in these materials constitutes individualized tax, legal, accounting, investment, securities, insurance, financial, or other professional advice. Information presented by Sophic should not be interpreted as a recommendation to purchase, sell, participate in, or implement any particular investment, insurance product, tax strategy, charitable strategy, business structure, program, or other transaction.
Every individual's financial, tax, legal, business, and personal circumstances are different. Strategies and programs discussed by Sophic may not be appropriate for every person or situation.
Sophic's Role
Sophic Wealth Group serves as a strategic resource and works with individuals, business owners, advisors, tax professionals, attorneys, and other professionals to identify and coordinate potential planning strategies.
Sophic's role is to provide strategic education, facilitate the planning process, help coordinate appropriate resources, and support communication among the professionals and providers involved in a client's planning process.
Sophic Wealth Group and its Strategy Consultants are strategists, not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advisors.
Sophic does not replace a client's CPA, tax attorney, attorney, financial advisor, insurance professional, or other appropriately licensed professional.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Sophic does not act as:
A law firm or attorney;
A CPA or accounting firm;
A tax return preparer;
An investment adviser or broker-dealer;
An insurance carrier or insurance producer;
A fiduciary;
A registered representative; or
A representative of any person before a governmental or regulatory agency.
Clients should rely upon their own appropriately licensed or credentialed professionals for professional advice and final determinations regarding the legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, or financial implications of any strategy.
No Offer or Solicitation
Nothing on this website or in Sophic's general educational materials constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation concerning any security, investment, insurance product, or other regulated financial product.
Any specific product, program, service, investment, or other offering is subject to its own agreements, eligibility requirements, offering documents, disclosures, and applicable terms and conditions.
No Guaranteed Results
Descriptions of strategies, programs, potential tax benefits, savings, deductions, charitable outcomes, business benefits, or other potential results are provided for educational purposes only.
Actual eligibility, implementation, tax treatment, legal consequences, costs, risks, benefits, and results depend upon individual circumstances and may change based upon applicable law, regulations, professional guidance, provider requirements, and other factors.
Sophic does not guarantee any particular tax result, deduction, savings amount, legal outcome, investment return, acceptance by a governmental agency, or other result.
Past results or examples, where provided, are not necessarily indicative of future results.
Examples and Case Studies
Any examples, illustrations, hypothetical scenarios, case studies, or descriptions of potential outcomes are provided solely to demonstrate how a strategy or planning concept may work.
Examples are not guarantees or representations that another individual will experience the same or similar outcome. Individual results will vary.
Independent Professional Advice
Before implementing—or deciding not to implement—any strategy discussed through Sophic, individuals should consult their own independent and appropriately licensed or credentialed professionals, including tax, legal, accounting, investment, insurance, and other professionals as appropriate.
Sophic may work alongside professionals selected by a client or may facilitate introductions to independent professionals or program providers. Those professionals are responsible for their own advice, services, licensing, engagement terms, fees, and professional obligations.
Communicating with Sophic, completing a form, attending a presentation, participating in a consultation, or receiving educational materials does not by itself create an attorney-client, accountant-client, investment-advisory, insurance, fiduciary, or other regulated professional relationship.
Third-Party Professionals and Providers
Professionals, consultants, administrators, service providers, program providers, and other third parties involved in a planning engagement or program are independent from Sophic unless expressly stated otherwise.
Their services are governed by their own agreements, disclosures, policies, licensing requirements, and professional obligations.
Sophic does not independently guarantee or assume responsibility for the advice, services, representations, performance, or conduct of an independent third party.
Website Content
Although Sophic seeks to provide accurate and useful information, website and educational content may become outdated or may contain errors or omissions.
Information presented on this website may not reflect the most current laws, regulations, interpretations, or professional guidance and may not apply to a particular individual's circumstances.
Sophic reserves the right to modify, update, or remove website content at any time.

When an authorized professional submits information or initiates a planning request on your behalf, Sophic may use that information to prepare for the requested consultation, strategy review, or planning process.
Information shared with an advisor or referral partner will depend upon the nature of their relationship with you, permissions provided, and the particular process or service involved.
Google Calendar connections in Sophic Connect
This section applies when you choose to connect a Google account to Sophic Connect. It supplements this policy and controls if a broader use or sharing provision elsewhere in this policy would permit a different use of Google user data.
Information accessed and its purpose
With your permission, Sophic Connect receives your Google account identifier, email address and the permissions you grant so that it can associate a calendar connection with the correct person. The calendar picker accesses calendar identifiers, names and access information so that you can choose calendars for availability checks and an eligible calendar for new meetings.
Availability checks use free and busy time intervals to avoid scheduling conflicts. They do not fetch the titles or descriptions of your existing calendar events. When you enable a calendar as a meeting destination, Sophic Connect uses the granted event permission to create and manage appointments requested through the app, including invitations and cancellation of app-created events. Meeting information can include dates, times, attendee details and the event identifiers returned by Google.
Storage and sharing
We store connection information, selected calendar identifiers, connection status, authorization records and protected credentials needed to maintain the connection. We also retain records of appointments created through Sophic Connect. Refresh credentials are encrypted by the application before storage. A connection does not give another Sophic Connect user access to your entire Google Calendar.
Google and the intended meeting participants receive the information needed to create and communicate about the appointments you request. Technology and hosting providers may process Google user data on our behalf to operate these visible scheduling features. Any other transfer is limited to security needs, legal requirements, or a business transfer with your prior explicit consent.
Limits on use
We use Google user data only to provide or improve the calendar features visible in Sophic Connect. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, use it to assess creditworthiness or lending eligibility, or use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. Human review is limited to specific data you authorize us to review, necessary security investigations, legal requirements, or internal operations using only aggregated and anonymized data, including derived data, as permitted by Google policy.
Sophic Connect's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting and privacy requests
You can disconnect a Google account in Sophic Connect or remove its access through your Google Account third-party connection settings. Disconnecting in Sophic Connect stops normal use of that connection and initiates revocation of its Google authorization. A protected credential may remain temporarily if revocation must be retried. Disconnecting does not automatically erase connection metadata, appointment history, backup copies or events already placed on a calendar.
Contact admin@sophicwealth.com to request deletion of retained Google connection or appointment information. We will verify the request and address it under the retention and privacy-request provisions of this policy and the Google Limited Use restrictions above. Information subject to a necessary legal or security retention requirement may be retained for that purpose. This policy does not promise a fixed deletion deadline.
Email and Electronic Communications
When you provide your contact information, submit an inquiry, participate in a consultation or program, or otherwise request services or information from Sophic, we may communicate with you regarding your inquiry, consultation, planning process, requested materials, program participation, or related services.
These communications may include confirmations, requests for additional information, next steps, access instructions, status updates, reminders, or other communications reasonably related to a process you requested.
Where applicable, marketing communications may include an unsubscribe or preference-management option.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily stop operational, transactional, or service-related communications that are reasonably necessary to fulfill a requested service, administer an active process, or maintain an existing relationship.
Sophic Connect workflow notification choices
Automated Sophic Connect workflow emails are currently disabled while delivery controls are completed. When enabled, optional next-step notices, document or action requests, completion notices and reminders will be sent only after you request these notifications. You will be able to unsubscribe through the link in a workflow email or adjust Profile Notification Settings. These choices will apply across sophicwealth.com and sophic-connect.com.
Providing an email address, being referred to Sophic or receiving an account invitation does not by itself enroll you in optional workflow emails. Withdrawing from workflow notifications stops those optional notices. Essential account invitations, sign-in or password-recovery messages and security notices are handled separately so that you can access and protect your account.
Sharing of Information
Sophic may share personal information when reasonably necessary to provide, evaluate, facilitate, or coordinate a requested service, strategy, or program.
Depending upon the circumstances, information may be shared with:
Your authorized advisor or referral partner;
Your CPA, tax professional, attorney, financial professional, insurance professional, or other professional whom you authorize;
Independent strategy or program providers involved in a requested process;
Administrative or operational partners involved in facilitating a requested program;
Technology, hosting, scheduling, communications, document-management, or other service providers working on Sophic's behalf;
Governmental, regulatory, or legal authorities when required by applicable law; or
Other parties when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Sophic, our users, or others.
Third parties receiving information may have their own agreements, professional obligations, privacy policies, and data-handling practices.
Sophic does not sell personal information to advertisers.
Third-Party Service and Program Providers
Sophic works with third-party service providers to support business operations and may also work with independent program providers in connection with strategies or services requested by clients.
Technology and administrative service providers may provide services involving:
Website hosting;
Data storage;
Email and communications;
Scheduling;
Electronic forms;
Electronic signatures;
Customer or relationship management;
Document management;
Security and authentication; and
Other administrative or technology functions.
Separately, when you request participation in or evaluation of a particular strategy or program, information may be provided to an independent program provider, administrator, professional, or other party when reasonably necessary to facilitate that request.
Those third parties may process information under their own agreements, privacy policies, professional obligations, and terms.

Our website and digital systems may use cookies, browser storage, pixels, or similar technologies to support functions such as:
Website functionality;

Continuity of certain features.
Disabling certain cookies or browser technologies may affect the functionality of portions of our website or digital systems.
Third-party resources used by our website may also receive technical information when your browser connects to those services.
Data Security
Sophic uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no website, electronic transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, access links, and other credentials associated with your use of Sophic's systems.
Please notify Sophic promptly at admin@sophicwealth.com if you believe your account, access credentials, personal information, or a secure access link has been compromised.
Data Retention
Sophic retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
Provide or coordinate requested services;
Maintain business and administrative records;
Comply with legal or regulatory obligations;
Resolve disputes;
Enforce agreements;
Protect against fraud or unauthorized activity; and
Maintain appropriate records of communications and preferences.
Retention periods may vary depending upon the nature of the information and the reason it was collected.
Closing a process, ending access to a portal, completing a program, or unsubscribing from communications does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all associated records.
Your Privacy Requests
You may contact Sophic to request information regarding personal information we maintain about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern.
Requests may be submitted to admin@sophicwealth.com.
Depending upon the nature of your request and applicable law, Sophic may need to verify your identity or authority before taking action.
Certain information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, security, recordkeeping, or other legitimate business obligations.
Third-Party Websites
Sophic's website, communications, or digital systems may contain links to third-party websites, services, resources, or platforms.
Sophic does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties. When you leave the Sophic website or interact directly with a third-party service, that third party's privacy policy and terms may apply.
We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party website or service before providing personal information.
Children's Privacy
Sophic's website and services are intended for adults and are not directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to Sophic, please contact us at admin@sophicwealth.com so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
